FarmAtlasFarmAtlas is a pilot project launched on 15 September 2026. Its aim is to support the producers who, despite the difficulties, have kept going across Europe. We are constantly growing and improving.
We calculate a match percentage for every farm–job seeker pair. Only matches above 70% are shown as results. The preview shows how many listings fall into the 90%+, 80–89% and 70–79% bands.
Hard requirements — no match if they are not met
Same job category (e.g. crop production)
Distance: at most twice the radius given
Age limit, if the farm sets one
Weighted criteria — how much each one counts
30% Work — shared branch: full; same category, other branch: 40%
25% Pay — overlap of the pay ranges; a 30% gap counts as nothing
15% Distance — full within the radius, zero at twice the radius
10% Period — overlap; otherwise by the gap in days, zero at 30 days
10% Conditions and skills — the share of both sides' requirements that are met
5% Schedule — a shared working pattern exists
5% Experience — the share of the years asked for
If there are few results, the preview shows which compromise would bring how many new listings, and how many it would lift into the 90%+ band. Matches are shown in 5% steps; the other side never sees your pay or the exact score.
